Had no complaints with their diagnostic abilities. Haven't been back because they're expensive. That's usually what happens if you don't care whether you get any business or not. Why bust your butt all day, every day, when you can make the same money with fewer customers? It's just simple mathematics. Eventually, they started sending me marketing texts and didn't get back to me when I responded. If you don't care about price, he's a capable mechanic. If you shop at Market Basket instead of Stop and Shop, look elsewhere.
That's funny since you haven't been to my shop since 2021 , at which time we did suspension work on your Buick, no diagnostics. If price is your concern , I understand , however the piece of mind knowing that your car has been repaired properly , that you have a nationwide warranty , and that you and you're family are safe after we have serviced your vehicle, far outweigh saving a few dollars.
