I'm recently moved to Upton. It's my first time using Wilson's service. I've drop off my wife's Lexus rx350 for tire replacement. Jim mage a full diagnostic of the car and found Brake fluid leak through the calipers. Overall, the front brake discs needed to be replaced. He ordered parts and installed everything by the end of the day. Finally he picked me up from my house and delivered to should. It was very nice of him. Me and my wife are working full time, two small guys, never sitting home, and really depending on our cars. I appreciate it was fast, friendly and high‑quality. Support local business!

I have used their services twice. Once when I had something stuck in a tire and needed a quick fix. He was phenomenal, able to get my vehicle in right away and I was on my way 15 minutes later, having spent $30 and in a fixed vehicle. Great customer service. That experience led me back when our vehicle was making a noise in the tire area and needing an oil change and new battery. Again, great service and the vehicle is running great with no more noise! 10/10- recommend!

I can't recommend Wilson's Auto enough! Twice now, Jim has gotten my car's A/C fixed in record time so my family didn't have to suffer through the summer heat. The second time, he was able to pinpoint a leak because he had the foresight to add dye during the previous A/C recharge. My car turned out to be a complicated repair, but Jim still had it diagnosed, fixed, and back to me within 24 hours. He saved my family from a four-hour drive during a heat wave with no air conditioning, and for that I'm incredibly grateful. Jim is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. It's rare to find a mechanic you trust completely, but Wilson's Auto has earned my trust for life. He doesn't just fix cars he saves lives! Thank you, Jim!
