I am completely satisfied with a recent alignment, balance and tire rotation, and have never had so much stability in the front end of my 2009 Marquis. Plus I was happily surprised that my windows had also been washed! This is a small gesture that has not been overlooked. This is my second time to Wilson's with a perfect service and performance result. The first time was for an emissions failure in the EGR path of a different car which Jim diagnosed and repaired. I do much of my own work on our three vehicles, but I will return to Wilson's anytime I have an issue that I cannot resolve. I recommend Wilson's based on my experience. Jim is a gentleman and an effective no nonsense communicator. Wilson's appointments can be set up online with emailed confirmation, and text message reminders (if you wish).

They were very timely and professional, even dealing with our insurance company and adjuster. When we needed the vehicle looked at the second time, I drove straight to the shop and asked to take a look. I dropped it off around noon time that day and our car was fixed before the next day ended. Not only are they professional and timely, they are friendly and honest. We will certainly be using this great, local business in the future for any issues we may have.
